Nautilus Limited Liability Warranty

Nautilus™ Flotation Flotation Products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship, so long as
such products are not subjected to misuse or improper handling. This warranty will extend for a period of one (1)
year from the date of delivery. All Nautilus™ Flotation Flotation Products deemed by Nautilus™ Flotation, LLC to be
defective will be replaced at no cost to the customer, provided the unsatisfactory Flotation Products are returned
to Nautilus™ Flotation. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NAUTILUS™ FLOTATIONS LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF THE FOREGOING WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF THE UNSATISFACTORY PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL NAUTILUS™ FLOTATION BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY SORT OR FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM IMPROPER USE OR STORAGE OF THE PRODUCTS BY THE CUSTOMER.

Nautilus™ Flotation Flotation Products are sold with the understanding that the customer will test them under
actual conditions of use and be solely responsible to determine the suitability of the products for their intended
use. Reasonable variation in product characteristics may be expected due to normal manufacturing tolerances.
Because of the variety of possible uses for the products, customer should carefully consider fitness and performance
of products for each intended use, and customer assumes all risks in connection with such determination and use.
